Glentress Forest Lodges Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable, change of dates at owners discretion. Please make deposit cheque(s) payable to glentress forest lodges. Credit/debit cards accepted, charges may apply. Contact us for details.

 

confirmation

All online bookings are provisional. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form with the required deposit. confirmation will be made on date of receipt either by telephone or e-mail.

 

bookings

The person making the booking will be held responsible for the whole group/party. The numbers given on the booking information cannot be exceeded. Any alteration to the booking should be confirmed to the owners prior to arrival. Please note the owner reserves the right to cancel/void the booking where alterations to the booking are unacceptable. The booking is not transferable to any third party.

 

deposit

Total cost is payable at time of booking. The total cost is non-refundable and so in the event of a cancellation we recommend you take out suitable travel insurance .

 

availability

Pods are available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Pod keys should be returned to the owners on departure. smoking is not permitted in the wigwams. 

 

access

We reserve the right of access to the wigwams at any reasonable time during your stay for us or our staff.

 

behaviour and conduct

Please enjoy your time on site. Always respect your fellow guests and endeavour to behave appropriately. Alcohol is not sold on site, guests are permitted to bring their own and responsible drinking only is allowed. Vehicles are not permitted to be moved, without prior notice between 11 pm and 7am. Offenders will be asked to leave.

 

Damages

Please ensure that you take all reasonable care in the use of the property and contents including the security of the property at all times. report any damages as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to charge for all repairs, losses or replacements necessitated by the negligent act or omission of any of your party, guests or invitees. If necessary, this action may include an administration fee.

 

litter/waste

Guests are required to leave the Pods and the site free of litter and waste. Please clear all your waste to the appropriate bins provided. We reserve the right to make an extra charge if Pods or the site is not left in a satisfactory condition.

 

fires

Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. please note fires should never be left unattended and should be kept under control. please extinguish prior to retiring for the evening.

 

Dogs

Pets dogs are allowed in the wigwams but they must not be left unattended and all waste must be lifted.

 

Damages or Injury

As far as the law allows, we take no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you/any of your party or your property, as a consequence of this agreement or the occupancy following thereon.
